No longer applicable to recent tmux past 2.4..ish. Too lazy to look it up.

It... is not the best idea between haskell versions.

Works around stuff like vpn dns setting its own hostname
and hostname -s to return that dns name verus the configured
name for the mac.

So now ignore if there are missing/unreable files in USEROPTS.

That way new install/setups of emacs work.

uname -n uses/catches dhcp addresses, which is dumb.

Switch to use tangle/file everywhere. Lots of cleanup.

Also define option predicates via the makefile option of:

make option NAME=whatever

Which defines the options in options/whatever.el and
options/no-whatever.el

Switch from using osx-p to macos-p now for osx.

There were a few other changes that snuck in that I was too
lazy to split apart. But all this should make this all simpler.

It also means you can edit source blocks in emacs sanely.

First real bug in it for years, its served me well.

Mostly bugfixes

Had a few issues with non existing source files and output.

Disable cscope/pylint from building.

Allows for local customization outside of customize

meta...

- Added default shell to be zsh -l for login
- Made xclip stuff not show up on osx tmux.conf

Just highlighted TODO messages so no huge loss. Figure out
what sucks about it later.
