Will help with syncing things for work keeping global org sync out of ~/src

Should work on emacs < 27.1, but untested as yet

Having it sooner means it can try eval()'ing modes that might not yet be setup.

Kinda neat shows todo's in source on the magit mode screen.

Mostly don't truncate it to one line, and keep the duration things can stick around 5 seconds instead of 2.

Have to remove any load-path org's first before initializing the package db.
Then use-package on org, using :pin to pin org to the org from that specific
repo it came from.

This has taken many years, but I hath slain a weird dragon finally. Package.el
needs some damn work for builtin stuff that gets upgraded via it. This is all
stupid.

Also pull in some updates to auto-package-update casue I'm too lazy to not pull
in next line changes on this.

I'm building the mode line myself now. Don't need it with this setup.

Also made org-bullets not use the circled number stuff.

Solarized has lost its pizzazz. I want things to look like paper.

- Bump the tool/scroll/menu config to the top so it happens quickly.
- Don't refresh packages unconditionally
- Add the auto-package-update package to make updates easier
- Move debug-on-error to setq-default which it should have been in the first
  place
- For now use Comic COde as the default frame font, this is setup for macos only
  atm future me can figure out portability when/if I run on
  linux/bsd/godhelpmewindows again.

Remove bidirectional support that I don't use.

Helps with utf-8 and also set the language-environment to utf8 as well to be
more sure that utf8 is the default.

This *may* not be 100% I flipped a lot of (progn ...)'s to :custom etc in
use-package declarations.

That way new install/setups of emacs work.

Switch to use tangle/file everywhere. Lots of cleanup.

Also define option predicates via the makefile option of:

make option NAME=whatever

Which defines the options in options/whatever.el and
options/no-whatever.el

Switch from using osx-p to macos-p now for osx.

There were a few other changes that snuck in that I was too
lazy to split apart. But all this should make this all simpler.

It also means you can edit source blocks in emacs sanely.
